In our small oil production unit the grain is cold pressed to keep flavour and colour. We produce about a litter per hour.
Everything starts with a harvest of high quality then the grain is separated to have the best drying conditions.
The production is one litter per hour pressed at the temperature of 32°c (first cold pressuring ).
