The farm du Clos de la Mare has been created and cultivated for 7 generations. We grow corn, rye, maize, black wheat and rape. We also produce flour and sunflower and rape seed oil.
For 20 years the earth has been worked just on the surface using natural fertilizers and to increase organic material and to improve microbiological life.
To produce the flour and the oil only grain from the farm is used. The grain is pressed slowly to produce the high-test quality.
Our cereals are ground in a stone mill guaranteeing respect for the quality of the grain. |
